Terms and Conditions for
the Organized Tours in Japan

*Please be sure to read the Terms and Conditions of the tour before making an application.

These travel conditions form part of the contract document in the event that a travel contract is concluded. (A written explanation of the terms and conditions of the transaction as provided for in Article 12-4 of the Travel Agency Act and a contract document as provided for in Article 12-5 of the same Act.)

Section 1. Order-based Tour Contract

This tour is provided by Angel Production, Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the "API"), at the request of the customer, prepares a travel plan for the trip that specifies the destination and date of the trip, details of transportation and other services that the customer can receive, and the amount of the tour fee to be paid by the customer to API, and executes the trip in accordance with this plan, which is referred to as an "order-based tour contract" (hereinafter referred to as "contract").

Section 2. Application for a Contract

  1. The customer who wishes to make an application for a contract in relation to the contents of the planning document delivered by API to the customer shall fill in the application form prescribed by API and submit it to API along with an application fee of an amount determined separately by API.
  2. API shall assume that the person in charge of the contract, who is the representative of the customer who constitutes the group, has the right to represent API in the execution and cancellation of the contract.
  3. The person in charge of the contract must submit a list of members to API by the date specified by API.
  4. API is not liable for any obligation or duty the person in charge of the contract has or may be expected to have to the constituents in the future.
  5. API shall consider the member previously appointed by the person in charge of the contract as the contract manager after the commencement of the trip, if the person in charge of the contract does not accompany the group.
  6. Any customer who wishes to enter into a communications contract with API must give API his or her membership number, notwithstanding the provisions of this paragraph 1.
  7. People who are currently in impaired health (e.g., blood pressure abnormalities, heart disease, chronic illnesses), people using equipment such as wheelchairs or other devices, people with physical or mental disabilities (e.g., blind, deaf, or unable to walk), people with food allergies or animal allergies, people who are pregnant, people who may be pregnant, people who are accompanied by a guide dog (guide dog, hearing dog, or service dog) or other persons who need special consideration, please inform API at the time of application that the customer needs special consideration for his or her participation. In the event of any of these conditions occurring after the conclusion of the tour contract, please inform API as soon as possible.

API will do so within a reasonable range. In doing so, API may ask the customer about his or her situation and any necessary measures, or API may ask the customer to submit them in writing. The cost of any special measures taken by API on behalf of the Customer based on the Customer's request shall be borne by the customer.

Section 3. Refusal to Enter into a Contract

API may not conclude a contract in the following cases;

  1. When there is a business reason for API to do so.
  2. When the customer intends to conclude a communication contract, and the customer is unable to settle all or part of the debt relating to the tour price in accordance with the credit card membership agreement of the Partner Company, such as because the credit card held by the customer is invalid.
  3. The customer is likely to cause trouble to other travelers or to hinder the smooth implementation of group activities.
  4. The customer is deemed to be a member of a crime syndicate, a quasi-member of a crime syndicate, a person related to a crime syndicate, a company related to a crime syndicate, or a member of a general meeting or other anti-social forces.
  5. When the customer made a violent demand act, an unreasonable demand act, a threatening word or an act of using violence or an act of using violence in relation to the transaction, or an act equivalent to these acts to API.
  6. When the customer has spread rumors, used deception or intimidation to damage API's credibility or interfere with API's business, or has committed an act equivalent to these acts.

Section 4. Time of Conclusion of Contract

  1. The contract is concluded when API accepts the conclusion of the contract and the application fee is received.
  2. API may accept an application for a contract with a responsible party without payment of the application fee, provided that the contract is made in writing with a special agreement. In this case, the contract shall be concluded when API delivers the written special agreement.
  3. The application fee shall be used to cover the tour fee, cancellation fee, and part of any other money the customer pays to API.
  4. Notwithstanding the provisions of paragraph 1 of this Section, a communication contract shall be deemed to be valid when API issues a notice of acceptance of the application; provided, however, that if API issues an electronic notice of acceptance in the case of such a contract, the contract shall be deemed to be valid when such notice reaches the customer.

Section 5. Delivery of the Contract Document

  1. API shall deliver the contract document stating the tour itinerary, the contents of the tour services, the tour fee and other tour conditions and API’s responsibility to the customer promptly after the conclusion of the contract.
  2. Where a contract document has been delivered, the scope of the tour services for which API is obligated to make arrangements and manage the itinerary under the contract shall be as stated in the contract document set forth in the preceding paragraph 1 of this Section.

Section 6. Delivery of the Written Confirmation

  1. In the event that the contract document fails to state the fixed itinerary or the name of the transport or accommodation facilities, the contract document shall limit the names of the accommodation facilities to be used and of the transport facilities that are important for indication and list them in the contract document, and then, after delivery of the contract document, API shall deliver a written confirmation stating the status of the tour by the day before the departure date of the tour (or by the departure date of the tour in the event that an application for the tour is made after the 7th day counting from the day before the departure date of the tour ).
  2. In the case of the preceding paragraph, if the customer requests confirmation of the status of the arrangements, API shall respond promptly and appropriately to such request, even prior to the delivery of the written confirmation.
  3. In the event that API has delivered a written confirmation, the scope of the tour services for which API is obligated to make arrangements and manage the itinerary shall be specified in the written confirmation.

Section 7. The Date of Payment of the Tour Fee and Changes to the Tour Fee

  1. The amount of the tour fee shall be stated in the planning document of the ordered tour. The tour fee must be paid by the date set by API prior to the departure date of the tour.
  2. If the fares and charges of the transportation facilities to be used (hereinafter referred to as "Applicable Fares and Charges") are revised substantially in excess of the normally expected level compared to the Applicable Fares and Charges published as valid on the record date stated in the tour document due to significant changes in economic conditions, etc., the tour price may be increased or reduced by the difference. If API increases the tour price, API shall notify the customer prior to the 15th day prior to the departure date of the tour, and in this case, the customer may cancel the contract without paying the cancellation fee prior to the start date of the tour. If the applicable fare or charge is reduced, the tour price will be reduced by the amount of the reduction.
  3. In the event that API has stated in the contract document that the tour price differs according to the number of persons using the transportation and accommodation facilities, etc., the amount of the tour price may be changed in accordance with the description in the contract document if the number of persons using the tour has changed due to reasons attributable to API after the conclusion of the contract.

Section 8. Amendment to the Contract

  1. If the customer requests a change in the content of the contract, API shall comply with the Participant's request to the best of its ability. In this case, API may change the price of the tour.
  2. In the event of an act of God, war, riot, suspension of services provided by transportation and accommodations, government orders, provision of transportation services that do not conform to the original plan of operation, or any other cause beyond API's control, API reserves the right to make changes to the itinerary, tour services.

If API makes such a change, API will explain in advance why the change is unrelevant to API and its causal relationship to the tour.  However, if the change is urgent and unavoidable, the explanation will be given after the change is made.

Section 9. Replacement of Customers

  1. The customer may transfer the customer’s contractual position to another party with API’s consent. In this case, the customer shall fill out the prescribed form and submit it to API along with a fee of the prescribed amount. (Where an airline ticket or other item has already been issued, a separate fee may be charged for the reissue of a ticket.
  2. The assignment of the customer’s contractual status shall take effect at the time of API’s consent, and thereafter the person to whom the customer has assigned the customer’s contractual status shall succeed to all of the customer’s rights and obligations in relation to such contract. API reserves the right to refuse to replace the customer.

Section 10. Cancellation of the Contract by the Customer

  1. When receiving a cancellation fee from the customer
    • (1) The customer can cancel the contract by paying the cancellation fee stated in the planning document. However, the costs required by API to cancel the contract related to the travel service with the transportation / accommodation institution, etc. (hereinafter, "transportation / accommodation institution cancellation fee, etc." When the amount of the transportation / accommodation institution cancellation fee, etc.is clearly stated in the plan document with voucher documents attached, the cancellation fee if the customer cancels the travel contract before the start of the trip is regardless of the amount of the cancellation fee stated in the plan document. , The amount shall be within the total amount of the transportation / accommodation institution cancellation fee, etc. that we have already paid or will have to pay to the transportation / accommodation institution, etc.
    • (2) In the event of cancellation due to loan procedures and other reasons that are not API’s responsibility, API will still charge the cancellation fee listed on the planning document.
  2. When there is no cancellation fee from the customer
    • (1) Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the customer may cancel the contract without paying the cancellation fee before the commencement of the tour in the following cases
      • (a) If API makes any of the following material changes to the contents of the tour contract, as illustrated below
      • (b) Change in the start or end date of the tour 
      • (c) Change in the type or name of the lodging institution
      • (d) Changes in room types, facilities and other room conditions of the lodging facility. 
      • (e) Change in the type of transportation service or the name of the company  
      • (f) Change of transportation equipment and grade to lower
      • (g) Change to a different flight from the airport where the trip begins or ends in Japan
      • (h) Changes in the tourist attractions, tourist facilities (including restaurants) and other travel destinations to be entered
    • (2) If the tour price is increased (except in the case of a request by the customer to change the content of the contract); or
    • (3) In the event of an act of God, war, riot, suspension of transportation and accommodation services, governmental order, or other reasons, the safe and smooth conduct of the tour has become impossible or is highly likely to become impossible; or
    • (4) API does not deliver the written confirmation to the customer by the departure date of the tour.
    • (5) In the event that the implementation of the tour in accordance with the tour itinerary described in the contract document becomes impossible due to an event attributable to API; or
    • (6) if, after the commencement of the tour, the customer is unable to receive the tour services described in the contract document due to an event attributable to the customer, or if API has informed the customer of this fact, the customer shall be entitled to receive the tour services without paying the cancellation fee, notwithstanding the provisions of (1) above. API may cancel the contract for the part of the tour price that cannot be received by the customer. In this case, API shall refund to the customer the amount of the tour price for the part of the tour price that cannot be received by the customer.
    • (7) API will subtract from the amount of the tour fee for the part of the tour service that cannot be received, an amount of money for the tour service that has already been paid or will have to be paid in the future, such as cancellation fees, penalty fees, and other expenses (unless the payment is due to reasons not attributable to us), from the amount of the tour fee for the part of the tour service that cannot be received.

Section 11. Termination of Contract by API

  1. Before the trip begins 
    • (1) If the payment of the tour fee is not made by the date stated in the planning document by the customer, the customer shall be deemed to have cancelled the contract on the day following the date concerned. In this case, the customer shall pay to API a cancellation fee or a penalty fee of an amount equivalent to the tour fee as specified in the tour planning document.
    • (2) API may cancel an order-based tour contract before the commencement of the tour by explaining the reasons to the customer in the following cases
      • (a) the customer is found to be unable to endure the tour due to illness, the absence of a necessary assistant, or any other reason
      • (b) It is found that the customer causes trouble for other travelers or has the potential to hinder the smooth implementation of the group tour.
      • (c) In the event that the customer asks API to bear more than is reasonable in relation to the contents of the contract.
      • (d) When there is a great likelihood that the conditions for implementation of the tour, such as the amount of snowfall necessary for the purpose of skiing, etc., which were clearly indicated in the contract, will not be fulfilled.
      • (e) In the event of an act of God, war, riot, suspension of transportation and accommodation services, an order from the public authorities, or other reasons, the safe and smooth conduct of the tour is impossible or is highly likely to be impossible.
      • (f) In the event that the customer has entered into a communication contract and the customer is no longer able to settle all or part of his or her obligations relating to the tour price, etc. in accordance with the credit card membership agreement of the Partner Company, such as by making his or her credit card invalid.
      • (g) The customer falls under any of paragraphs 4 to 6 of Section 3
  2. After the commencement of the tour
    • (1) API may cancel the tour contract even after the commencement of the tour under the following circumstances. In such a case, API shall refund the portion of the tour price which is related to the tour services which the customer has not yet received, after deducting cancellation fees, penalty fees, and other amounts which have already been paid or will have to be paid in the future for such tour services.
      • (a) The customer is unable to continue the trip due to sickness, the absence of a necessary caregiver, or any other reason
      • (b) In the event that the customer does not follow the instructions of API by the tour conductor or any other person for the safe and smooth implementation of the tour, or in the event that the customer disturbs the discipline of group activities by assaulting or threatening these persons or the other participants, and prevents the safe and smooth implementation of the tour, API shall refund the amount of the cost of the tour after deducting the cost of the tour.
      • (c) In the event that the continuation of the tour is no longer possible due to an act of God, an act of war, a riot, the suspension of the provision of tour services by transportation or accommodation facilities, an order from the government or other reasons beyond API's control
      • (d) It has been found that the customer falls under any of the items (4) to (6) of Section 3; or
    • (2) If API cancels the tour contract pursuant to the provisions of (a) or (c) of Paragraph 2(1) of this Section, API shall undertake to make the necessary arrangements for the customer to return to the place of departure at the customer's request and at the customer's expense.

Section 12. Tour Guide and Interpreter-Guide Service

  1. API may, at the request of the person in charge of the contract, provide the tour guide service or the interpreter-guide service provided by a National Government Licensed Guide Interpreter (these two services are collectively referred to as the "tour guide service"). In such cases, API may offer the tour guide service fee or the interpreter-guide service fee. In this case, the price of the tour shall include the fee for the tour guide services and the cost of transportation and accommodations necessary to accompany the touring party or group.
  2. The content of the tour guide service shall be, in principle, services necessary for the safe and smooth implementation of the tour and the conduct of group/group activities. The tour guides and the interpreter-guide shall work from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm in principle.

Section 13. Our Responsibility

  1. API will compensate the customer for any damage caused by API or the person making the arrangements intentionally or negligently. However, this is limited to cases where API is notified within 2 years from the day after the damage occurred.
  2. In the event that the customer suffers damage due to an act of God, war, riot, discontinuation of travel services provided by transportation and accommodation facilities, governmental orders, or any other cause beyond the control of API or its travel agent, API shall not be liable for compensation for such damage, except in the case of Paragraph 1 of this Section.
  3. API shall not be liable for any damage to Baggage up to a maximum of 150,000 yen per Passenger (except in the case of wilful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of API), provided that notice is given to API within 14 days from the day following the date of such damage. The maximum amount of compensation shall be 150,000 yen per person (except in the case of intentional or gross negligence on API’s part).

Section 14. Special Compensation

  1. API shall pay compensation or consolation money in the following amounts to the customer for certain damages to his/her life, body, or baggage caused by a sudden and accidental accident during his/her participation in the tour, in accordance with the attached Special Compensation Rules of the Travel Industry Regulations (for Order-Based Tours). However, in the case of the events described in Paragraph 2 of this Section, no compensation or other money shall be paid.
    • Death compensation: 15 million yen
    • Hospitalization consolation money: 20,000 to 200,000 yen
    • Hospital visit consolation money: 10,000 to 50,000 yen
    • Compensation for damage to personal effects: up to ¥150,000 per person
      (However, the maximum amount of compensation shall be limited to 100,000 yen per item.)
  2. In the event that the day on which the customer does not receive any tour services arranged by API (according to the standard time at the place of the tour) is specified in the tour itinerary, if API clearly states in the contract document to that effect and to the effect that compensation and consolation money have not been paid for any damage to life, body, or baggage caused by an accident that occurred on the said day, the said day shall not be regarded as "participating in the tour".

Section 15. Travel Guarantee

  1. If any of the material changes listed in the left column of the following table (except for the changes listed in (1),(2), and(3) below) occur, API shall pay compensation for the change in the tour price to the customer within thirty (30) days from the day following the last day of the tour. a compensation for the change in the amount obtained by multiplying the tour price by the rate listed in the right column of the same table. However, this shall not apply in the case where it is clear that API is liable under Section 13.1 for such change.
    • (1) In the event of a change due to any of the following reasons, API shall not pay compensation for the change (However, in the event of a change due to a shortage of seats, rooms or other facilities at transportation and accommodation facilities, etc., even though the service is being provided, compensation for the change will be paid. 
      • (a) Acts of God, including adverse weather conditions, that interfere with the itinerary of the tour;
      • (b) War, riot, or governmental order
      • (c) Cancellation of transportation, accommodation and other services such as cancellation, interruption of service, etc.
      • (d) Provision of transportation services that do not conform to the original operation plan, such as delays and changes in the transportation schedule
      • (e) Measures necessary to ensure the life or physical safety of the customers in the trip
    • (2) In the event that a tour contract is terminated under the provisions of Sections 10 and 11, a change in the terminated portion of the contract
    • (3) Even if the order in which the customer receive the tour services described in the planning document is changed, we will not pay compensation for the change if you are able to receive the services of the trip during the trip.
  2. the amount of compensation for the change that API is required to pay shall be limited to an amount of 15% of the tour price per contract for one customer. If the amount of the compensation for change payable by API to one passenger per contract is less than 1,000 yen, API shall not pay the compensation for the change.
  3. If, after API has paid the compensation for the change in accordance with Paragraph 1 of this Section, it becomes clear that API is liable for such change under Section 13.1, the customer must return the compensation for such change to API. In such a case, API shall pay the balance of the amount of the compensation to be returned by the customer against the amount of compensation for the change that API is required to pay pursuant to the provisions of Section 13.1.

6. A change in the type or name of the lodging facility specified in the contract document
7. Changes to the type of rooms, facilities, and other room conditions of the accommodation facilities as stated in the contract document

Note 1. Where a written confirmation has been delivered, the term "contract document" shall be deemed to be replaced by "written confirmation” and this table shall apply. In this case, if there is any change between the contents of the contract document and the contents of the written confirmation or between the contents of the written confirmation and the tour services actually provided, each change shall be treated as one case.

Note 2. If the transportation facility involved in the change listed in 3 or 4 involves the use of lodging facilities, it shall be treated as one case per night.

Note 3. A change in the carrier's name listed in item 4 does not apply if the change involves a change to a higher class or facility.

Section 16. Customer's Responsibility

  1. the customer shall compensate API for any damage caused by the customer's willfulness or negligence.
  2. the customer must make use of the information provided by API, and must make every effort to understand the rights and obligations of the customer and the content of the contract as stated in the contract document.
  3. When the customer recognizes that the tour service provided in the contract document is different from the content described after the start of the tour, he / she promptly informs API or the travel service provider at the travel destination.

Section 17. Report of Accidents, etc.

In the event of an accident during the tour, the customer must notify API immediately at the contact point indicated on the final itinerary. (If there are any circumstances that prevent the customer from doing so, please notify API as soon as those circumstances are gone.

Section 18. Handling of Personal Information

  1. API will use the personal information the customer provides for the following purposes
    • (1) To communicate with our customers. 
    • (2) To arrange and provide services such as transportation and accommodation in connection with the trip
    • (3) For various travel-related procedures 
    • (4) To arrange for insurance to cover the cost of accidents that occur under the responsibility of API's travel contract.
    • (5) To provide information on products and services of API and API’s partner companies, campaign information, and travel information.  
    • (6) To request your opinions and impressions after participating in the trip and to ask for a questionnaire 
    • (7) To provide privilege services 
    • (8) To prepare statistical data
  2. In order to achieve the purpose of (2),and (3) of the Paragraph 1 of this Section, the passenger's name, address, telephone number, credit card information, flight number, etc. may be provided to transportation and accommodation institutions, credit card companies, etc. in writing or in electronic data. The credit card number and the amount of the settlement may also be provided to the payment system companies and credit card companies for the purpose of settling the cost of the trip by electronic or other means.
  3. Among the personal information provided by the customer in writing, API will use the customer's name, address, telephone number, e-mail address and other contact information for the purpose of providing information on the API's business and campaigns. API is responsible for the management of the personal information API use.
  4. API may outsource the handling of personal information.
  5. The customer may request the disclosure, correction, deletion or suspension of use of the customer’s personal data held by API. Please contact the head office for inquiries. However, if there is a separate provision in API’s privacy policy or other guidelines, the request shall be implemented within the scope of that policy.
  6. If the customer fails to fill in certain optional fields, API may not be able to provide the customer with services related to those fields that are left blank.

Section 19. Terms and Conditions for Order-based Travel Planning

Items not listed in these travel conditions are subject to API's travel agency terms and conditions (in the category of order-based tour). API’s terms and conditions are standard terms and conditions established by the Japan Tourism Agency and the Consumer Affairs Agency as the Travel Agency Act. Section 20. Other Matters

  1. The customer shall be responsible for expenses incurred in the event that the customer request a tour guide for personal guidance, shopping, etc., or in the event that the customer is injured or become ill, etc., or in the event that his/her luggage is lost or forgotten due to his/her carelessness, or in the event that the customer has to make arrangements for an alternative activity, the customer shall be responsible for such expenses.
  2. API may take the customer to souvenir shops for the customer’s convenience, but the customer shall be responsible for any purchases he/she make.
  3. Please understand that in principle, consumption tax and other taxes will be levied if the customer adds alcoholic beverages, food, or other services at the inn or hotel.
  4. If an accident occurs during your trip, please notify API immediately using the contact information provided in the final travel itinerary. API may take necessary measures when API recognize that a traveling customer is in a state requiring protection due to illness, injury, etc. In this case, if this is not due to any reason attributable to API, the cost required for the measure will be borne by the customer.
  5. In the event that the customer is delayed in returning to his/her destination due to an accident, heavy snowfall or other road conditions or other unavoidable reasons, API will not be able to respond to the customer’s request for a taxi or accommodation. Nor will API be able to compensate the customer for shortening his/her time in his/her destination.
  6. These travel conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
  7. Any questions arising out of the terms and conditions, or any matters not stipulated here in shall be settled each time by amicable negotiation between the customer and API. If the negotiation fails to reach a mutual agreement, the matter shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of Tokyo District Court of Japan for the settlement.
  8. The original terms and conditions are written in Japanese. If there is a difference in interpretation between these English sentences and the original Japanese sentences, the Japanese sentences will take precedence at all times.

SECTION 1 - ONLINE STORE TERMS

有限会社エンゼルプロダクション、有限会社エンゼルプロダクションの取締役、役員、従業員、関連会社、代理店、請負業者、インターン、サプライヤー、サービスプロバイダー、ライセンサーは、契約、不法行為(過失を含む)に基づくかどうかに関わらず、いかなる種類の傷害、損失、請求、直接的、間接的、偶発的、懲罰的、特別、結果的な損害に対しても責任を負いません。厳格責任またはその他、お客様による本サービスまたは本サービスを使用して調達した製品の使用、またはお客様による本サービスまたは製品の使用に関連するその他のクレームから生じる、コンテンツ内のエラーまたは脱落、または本サービスまたは本サービスを介して投稿、送信、またはその他の方法で利用可能になったコンテンツ(または製品)の使用の結果として発生した損失または損害を含むがこれらに限定されない、あらゆる種類の損失または損害について、その可能性を知らされていたとしても、厳格責任またはその他の方法での使用から生じるものとします。

一部の州または法域では、結果的または付随的な損害に対する責任の排除または制限を認めていないため、そのような州または法域では、当社の責任は、法律で認められている最大限の範囲に限定されるものとします。

セクション14-補償

お客様は、お客様が本利用規約に違反したこと、またはお客様が法律や第三者の権利を侵害したことに起因する第三者からのクレームや要求(合理的な弁護士費用を含む)から、当社、有限会社エンゼルプロダクションおよびの有限会社エンゼルプロダクションの親会社、子会社、関連会社、パートナー、役員、取締役、代理店、請負業者、ライセンサー、サービスプロバイダー、下請け業者、サプライヤー、インターン、従業員を補償し、防御し、損害を与えないことに同意するものとします。

セクション15-可分性

これらの利用規約のいずれかの条項が違法、無効、または執行不能であると判断された場合でも、そのような条項は、適用法で許可される最大限の範囲で執行可能であり、執行不能な部分はこれらの利用規約から切り離されたものと見なされます。サービス、そのような決定は、他の残りの条項の有効性と執行可能性に影響を与えないものとします。

セクション16-終了

終了日より前に発生した当事者の義務および責任は、あらゆる目的で本契約の終了後も存続するものとします。

これらの利用規約は、お客様または当社のいずれかによって終了されない限り有効です。お客様は、当社のサービスの使用を希望しないことを通知することにより、または当社のサイトの使用を中止したときに、いつでもこれらの利用規約を終了することができます。

当社の単独の判断で、お客様が本利用規約のいずれかの条件または条項を遵守しなかった場合、またはお客様が失敗したと思われる場合、当社は通知なしにいつでも本契約を終了することができ、お客様は未払いのすべての金額に対して終了日まで引き続き責任を負います。また当該終了に基づき、当社のサービス(またはその一部)へのお客様のアクセスを拒否する場合があります。

セクション17-完全合意

当社がこれらの利用規約の権利または条項を行使または執行しなかった場合でも、そのような権利または条項の放棄を構成するものではありません。

これらの利用規約、およびこのサイトに掲載された、またはサービスに関して当社が投稿したポリシーまたは運用ルールは、口頭または書面であるかどうかにかかわらず(以前のバージョンの利用規約を含みますが、これに限定されません)、お客様と当社の間の完全な合意および理解を構成し、以前または同時期の合意、通信、および提案に優先して、サービスの使用を管理します。 これらの利用規約の解釈における曖昧さは、起草当事者に対して解釈されないものとします。

セクション18-準拠法
