5,000yen discount per night for lodging

Below is an overview of the subsidy for overnight travel in the 23 wards and Tama area (not including the Ogasawara Islands, Izu Islands, and other islands) handled by our company Angel Production, Inc. (Angel Toursim). 

<subsidy> 5,000 yen per person per night for overnight stays of 6,000 yen or more per night including tax (overnight stays only are also acceptable).
＊The maximum stay per person per trip is 5 nights.
＊There is no limit to the number of times you can use the program.
＊Overnight stays are defined as trips that include an overnight stay in Tokyo (limited to tours around Tokyo).
＊Travelers up to 18 years of age may be subsidized with an additional 1,000 yen. Please inquire for details.
＊If the number of nights or days allotted to us exceeds the maximum number of nights or days, we will stop accepting applications.

<Eligible period> June 10, 2022 (Fri.) - July 31, 2022 (Sun.) (including check-out on August 1).

<Eligible persons> Residents of Tokyo (those who have an address in Tokyo at the time of reservation and at the time of the tour).

<Requirements> 3 vaccinations against the new corona or a confirmed negative result by PCR test, etc.　　　　　　　　　
*Those who have been vaccinated 3 times must present either the Vaccination Certificate, Vaccination Record, Vaccination Certificate, or Vaccination Certificate App (operated by the Digital Agency).
A photocopy of the vaccination certificate is also acceptable.　　　　　　　　　　
*Negative proof of PCR and antigen quantitative tests must be presented from 3 days prior or on the day of the travel/accommodation start date.
*Negative proof of antigen qualitative test must be presented from the day before or on the day of the travel/accommodation start date.　　　　　　　
*If you are under 12 years old, you are not required to take the test if you are traveling and staying with a guardian living with you.

<How to apply> Please send an e-mail to “info@angel-tourism.com” and provide us with the following information.　
(1) The name of the hotel, inn, or guest house where you wish to stay, the number of rooms, and the type of room you wish to stay in.
(2）Date of stay (check-in and check-out date)
(3) Number of participants in your group Please indicate the number of adults, children, and men and women in your group. If you have a small child, please let us know whether he/she sleeps with a parent or needs to have a separate bed or futon.
(4) If you wish to include meals in your reservation, please let us know if you will be having dinner and/or breakfast, and any special requests you may have.
(5) When contacting us by e-mail, please include the sender's name, nationality, and a telephone number where we can reach you (e.g., cell phone number).

◎Once we have received your application, we will inform you of the availability and rates for the accommodation of your choice within two business days at the latest.

The following documents are required for application.　　　　　　　　　　
(1) Application form for the Tokyo Metropolitan Tourism Promotion Project (Motto Tokyo) (We will prepare this form for you. Please fill out the form and return it to us by e-mail.)
(2) Identification documents for all participants (one of the following is required for each person):
(A) Residence Card (*issued by the Minister of Justice) (Special Permanent Resident Certificate is also acceptable)
(B) Driver's License
(C) Driving Record Certificate (valid only if issued on or after April 1, 2012)
(D) Health Insurance Card
(E) Medical Insurance Card for the elderly
(F) National Health Insurance Card for the elderly (issued by the local government)
(G) My Number Card (issued by the local government)
(H) Certificate of Residence (issued within 3 months from the date of travel/accommodation and without my number)
(I) Basic Resident Registration Card
(J) Certificate of Long-Term Care Insurance Coverage
(K) Child Medical Care Card (the parent/guardian listed on the card can also be used as proof of residency)
(L) Disability Certificate

<About Payment to us>Please make a cash transfer to the bank account specified by us for the price of the trip and accommodation minus the flat-rate subsidy.
