Most of the courses we deal with are private members' clubs frequented by experienced players. They are not set up to provide the necessary support that beginners need.

If you have never played golf before or have only played golf on a driving range, please let us know. We will help you find a public golf course to play on. If you wish, we may be able to provide you with a round of golf lessons with an LJPGA professional golfer (depending on their availability).

We do not allow children who have never played golf before to play. However, we welcome children over the age of six who have played a round of golf before.

In Japan, persons under 20 years of age are regarded as minors. We do not accept reservations for persons or groups under 20 years of age who are unaccompanied by at least one adult.

We only accept reservations for 2 or more people. Note, however, that some golf courses only accept reservations for a minimum of three people.

All of the golf courses that we booked use passenger carts for rounds of golf. However, depending on the golf course and the season, golf carts may be allowed to drive only on the cart roads. If you need to move to the ball without getting off the cart, please consult with us.

At most golf clubs in Japan, caddies cannot be assigned to individual players. Caddies are typically assigned per group of 2–4 players.

It takes at least one hour to get to any golf course from Tokyo's center, so the number of golf courses available is limited. However, if you have a request, please contact us, and we will do our best to find a golf course that will suit your schedule.

We accept tee time reservations from customers up to 3 months in advance from the desired play date.

However, golf courses in Japan vary in how far in advance they will accept reservations. Some only allow up to one month in advance, while others allow up to 6 months. Therefore, even if you apply for tee time reservation 3 months in advance, we may only be able to reserve up to 28 days before your desired date of play.

As a general rule, you must submit reservations by 17:00 (5 PM) Japan time 8 business days before your desired play date. You can check Japan's national holidays at OfficeHolidays.com.

You can make online reservations at any time. We only accept reservations via the internet. However, we may be able to respond to inquiries by phone during standard business hours. Before calling us, we suggest confirming the time difference using a service such as TimeAndDate.com.

Our business hours are Mon.–Fri. 09:30–18:00 (9:30 AM–6:00 PM) Japan time. We are closed on weekends, national holidays, Dec. 29–Jan. 3, and Aug, 12–Aug. 15, (2021).

We only issue refunds if the golf course we had booked for you is closed.

In principle, no. However, suppose you make a reservation over 30 days in advance for your desired date of play and tell us about this preference at the time of booking. In that case, we can arrange for the golf trip to be substituted with a sightseeing or shopping trip to the destination area. Please contact us for more details.

If you charter a car with a driver to drive you to the golf course and back from your lodgings, we allow you to load your golf club set in the car. However, if you are using the Shinkansen or public transportation, generally, we cannot offer this service. In this case, please request to rent a set of golf clubs when you make a reservation.

However, even if you use the Shinkansen or public transportation, there is only one way to bring your golf club set from home and play. That is to send it by yourself or through your hotel's concierge by a domestic round-trip courier service in Japan at your own expense and arrive at least one day before the day of play. Depending on the destination, it should be sent at least two afternoons before the day of play. Otherwise, they will not arrive the day before you play.

Most Japanese golf courses will only allow you to play in golf shoes. You can purchase them before coming to Japan or after you arrive here. Please note that in Japan, the maximum available size for men at most outlets is 27 cm (US A9, UK 8.5, EUR 42 2/3), and for women 25 cm (US A8, UK 6.5, EU 40). We offer shoes for rent. However, we have a limited number of shoe models and sizes in stock.

In Japan, you can find golf apparel in department stores, sports gear shops, and golf shops. If you require larger sizes, then you may find there are limited options in Japan. In this case, we would advise purchasing what you need before visiting Japan.

Golf courses in Japan lend umbrellas free of charge. However, some regions receive heavy rain at times, and the umbrella may not be sufficient to keep you dry. We recommend bringing rainwear if possible. We offer rainwear for rent. However, we have a limited number of rainwear-model and sizes in stock.

Yes. We can arrange rental gear from one person. If you have a request, please feel free to contact us, and we will do our best to arrange them.

Our rental gear is prepared for our golf travel participants, so please pay with your credit card or PayPal when you apply for a golf trip. If you need rental gear after arriving in Japan, you will be required to pay in cash in Japanese Yen to the interpreter guide who will accompany you on the day of golf play.

First of all, it is necessary to obtain an "accident certificate" at the place where the accident occurred, such as a golf course where the damage occurred. An interpreter guide will accompany you, so please inform the interpreter-guide as soon as possible that you know the location and time of the damage and the cause of the accident, etc.

You will not be charged for any damage caused by regular play at the golf course or driving range. However, if the clubs are returned in a condition where they have been intentionally deformed (e.g., shaft is bent, the face has been scraped by hitting a hard object such as concrete or stone, etc.) or are deemed to have been intentionally deformed, the customer may be charged for repairs.

Yes. We are happy to assist you with golf play, sightseeing, shopping, and accommodation close to the golf course. We can help with arrangements for experiencing the sights and hot springs before or after your golf game. If you like, please refer to the pages of “Sample Itineraries”. Please note that we do not offer booking services for trips that do not include some golf components since we specialize in golf vacations.
