The “Motto Tokyo" campaign for Tokyo residents begins Friday, June 10. 5,000 yen discount per night for lodging.

On June 3, the Tokyo Metropolitan Government announced the resumption of the "More Fun! Tokyo Tokyo" (Motto Tokyo) campaign on a trial basis starting June 10 to encourage Tokyo residents to visit the city. The subsidy is available only to Tokyo residents who have received three shots of the Covid-19 vaccine or whose test results are negative, and who are traveling within Tokyo as their place of stay or destination. For trips of 6,000 yen or more that involve an overnight stay, 5,000 yen per night will be subsidized. For one-day trips of ¥3,000 or more, ¥2,500 per person will be subsidized by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. 5 nights per person is the maximum number of consecutive nights per trip. There is no limit to the number of times it can be used. Both individual and group travel is available.

Travel products completed between June 10 and July 31 are eligible (including August 1 check-outs). Please note that sales will begin from noon on Friday, June 10, and reservations made before that date are not eligible for the subsidy. Please note that if the budget for the Tokyo Metropolitan Government subsidy is reached, reservation applications may be cancelled early, even during the period from June 10 to July 31.

We only have quotas from the Tokyo Metropolitan Government for travel involving overnight stays (including reservations for overnight stays only) in the 23 wards of Tokyo and the Tama region (excluding the Ogasawara Islands, Izu Islands, and other island areas). Please note that we do not have any quota for one-day trips.

Why not take this opportunity to discover a new face of Tokyo by staying overnight in your hometown (23 wards or Tama area)? We can arrange reservations for accommodation only, or we can incorporate a tailor-made tour of Tokyo's sightseeing spots to suit your needs.
