Kedouin Resort (Golf Club + Hotel)
A hilly but mostly flat championship course. It has hosted 9 Japanese men's professional golf tournaments, making it the second most famous golf course in Kagoshima Prefecture for professional golf tournaments. The bent grass one green is relatively large, and depending on the landing area, you may need to be careful about 3 putts.
Opened in 1991, the course has hosted the Japan Golf Tour (JGT) nine times from 1993 to 2002. It is easily accessible from Kagoshima City (60 minutes by car to the north) and Kagoshima Airport (50 minutes by car).
There is a hotel near the clubhouse. There are 40 rooms in total, including 16 deluxe twin rooms of Japanese and Western-style and 24 twin room accommodations. The bath at the golf course is a natural hot spring with an open-air bath. There is also a lounge with karaoke facilities and a bar, where you can spend quality time after golf.
The club is a membership golf club, but the restaurant, lockers, showers, and stores in the clubhouse can also be used by visitors.
